1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Saletick (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Saletick regarding your use of our platform. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Saletick is a comprehensive inventory and business management platform specifically designed for the Nigerian market. Our Service allows users to track sales, manage real-time inventory, restock via automated channels (including WhatsApp and voice notes), monitor staff performance across multiple branches, and launch independent online storefronts.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using Saletick, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all the terms and conditions.

4. User Accounts

To access the full features of Saletick, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Failure to provide accurate info constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Saletick platform, its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Saletick and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress are protected and may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, and manage significant business data ("User Content"). You retain all rights to the data you provide, but you grant Saletick a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for the legality, reliability, and appropriateness of all data you input into the system.

7. WhatsApp & Voice Features

Saletick uses advanced integrations to allow inventory updates via WhatsApp messages and voice notes. By enabling these features, you authorize Saletick to process these specific communications and convert them into business records.

  • Accuracy: You acknowledge that while we strive for 100% accuracy in voice-to-text conversion, you should verify critical entries.
  • Privacy: We only process messages sent directly to the Saletick business number.
  • Costs: You are responsible for any data or messaging charges from your telecommunications provider.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of Saletick are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually).

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by Nigerian consumer protection laws.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or use the "Delete Account" feature in the app settings.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saletick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service or any unauthorized access to our servers.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Federal Republic of Nigeria**, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding related to this Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Nigeria.

13. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 15 days' notice via the app or email before any new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
